What Is

With our mobile patented Rolo-Seal ™ gasketing system, we offer immediate service. There is no downtime with SEAL-IT;s exclusive gasket manufacturing equipment and large hardware inventory. We are able to complete the job on site without the delay of ordering parts. All of this is offered at a competitive price with customer convenience and quality service.

1. Remove door and lay face down on flat surface.
2. Remove old gasket and clean door.
3. Stick PVC track to door with tape (pull off one side of tape so track will adhere to clean door surface).
4. Fasten PVC track to door frame with screws provided (track is marked for screw position, do not over tighten).
5. Install gasket in PVC track, insert corners first.
6. Trowel gasket into PVC track with flat blade screw driver.
7. After gasket is installed in PVC track, fasten 2 flat head screws at each bottom leg of gasket to keep magnet from slipping out after installation (not too tight, do not tear gasket surface).
8. Apply silicone to the outer edge of the PVC track assembly and the metal door surface.
9. Note - New gaskets, may require you to shim hinges and hardware to properly re-align door to opening.
